Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Melbourne, FL is seeking a Senior Specialist, HRBP to partner with corporate leaders across Engineering, Government and Customer Relations. You will translate business priorities into actionable HR initiatives, leading talent management, development programs, and organizational effectiveness efforts.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will drive end-to-end talent management, support expatriate assignments, and coach managers to improve performance and team effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required with 6+ years of relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree optional with 4+ years.
• In lieu of a degree, 10 years of related experience.
• Experience in Aerospace & defense or highly regulated industries preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with the HR Director to execute HR strategies aligned to enterprise priorities
• Lead Engineering Leadership Development initiatives and develop a scalable leadership framework across non-executive levels
• Drive end-to-end talent management including recruitment of non-executive leaders and support for talent review, succession planning, and workforce planning
• Support international employee relations, including expat assignments and local employees
• Coach leaders on performance management, accountability, and team effectiveness while fostering a high-performing environment
• Leverage workforce data and insights to inform recommendations and support business decision-making
• Support organizational effectiveness and change, including restructurings, workforce transitions, and process improvements
• Partner across HR and the business to deliver consistent, aligned HR solutions
