L3Harris Technologies is seeking a Lead, Corporate Strategy to drive strategic planning and growth initiatives from its Melbourne, FL site. You will collaborate with multiple business sectors, manage projects end-to-end, and engage executive leadership to shape core strategic decisions.

The role requires strong analytical ability, excellent communication, and a track record in strategy, with travel up to 20%.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Economics or Engineering or other related quantitative field with 9 years prior experience.
Graduate Degree with 7 years prior experience.
In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Responsabilités

As a member of the Corporate Strategy team, contribute to shaping the strategic direction of the company.
Drive and support the strategic planning process including organization, process planning and execution, and business reviews.
Maintain awareness of disruptive technologies, trends, innovation, and competitors to inform growth plans.
Provide ongoing research, analysis and recommendations for strategic growth initiatives and manage commercial consulting projects.
Assist with development and implementation of corporate and business segment strategic growth initiatives.
Travel up to 20%.
