You will drive talent planning, organizational effectiveness, and HR strategy for the Microelectronics Division, Tactical Products, and Force Protection, delivering data-driven insights and leading HR programs in a matrix environment.

Success requires a proven HRBP track record, strong analytical and influencing skills, and the ability to align HR

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree plus 9+ years of relevant experience.
Graduate Degree plus 7+ years of relevant experience.
In lieu of a degree, 13+ years of related experience.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary HRBP for designated client groups within the Intel & Cyber sector.
Support Microelectronics Division, Tactical Products, and Force Protection on HR matters.
Provide data analysis and HR project management support for sector initiatives.
Partner with leadership to drive talent actions, workforce planning, and succession planning for cleared workforce.
Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Coach leaders in addressing workplace, human resources, and operational issues.
Drive talent solutions in acquisition, development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
Utilize workforce data and trends to inform recommendations and lead HR projects.
Up to 10% travel; ability to obtain US government clearance.
