Job summary

L3Harris Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Principal, Talent Management to lead and execute strategic talent initiatives across CHQ. This role partners with executive leadership and enterprise HR to drive leadership development, succession planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

You will own the talent catalog, track program outcomes, and collaborate with Centers of Excellence to advance enterprise capabilities and early career leadership programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 12 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree and a minimum of 10 years of prior related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Own CHQ talent catalog and enterprise professional development programs; oversee planning, communications, registration, vendor coordination, materials and outcomes.
• Track participation and program outcomes using HR systems and surveys; analyze results to support data-driven recommendations.
• Partner with HR business partners, Centers of Excellence, leaders, and employees to provide talent resources and coordination across CHQ.
• Manage early career HR leadership development and internship programs; handle strategy, timelines, communications, and outcomes.
• Prepare executive-level materials, dashboards, and reports to show progress and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate executive talent slating with Corporate HR; support talent data and succession planning discussions.
• Lead the global HR forum with agendas, communications, and follow-up activities across regions.
• Support talent reviews and succession planning with data, materials, and cross-functional coordination.
• Develop and implement leadership development programs addressing current and emerging talent needs.
