L3Harris Technologies is seeking a highly organized Learning & Development professional to lead enterprise manager training initiatives at our Melbourne, FL site. The role focuses on delivering large-scale leadership programs, redesigning online manager training, and aligning HR development strategies with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 9 years of prior relevant experience.
• Graduate Degree with at least 7 years of related experience.
• In lieu of a degree, minimum of 13 years of prior related experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of the enterprise-wide manager training program, ensuring milestones, resources, and stakeholders remain aligned.
• Redesign and modernize online manager training content to ensure relevance, user engagement, and alignment with enterprise leadership expectations.
• Conduct learning needs analyses, evaluate manager development programs, and develop data‑driven success measures to identify gaps, enhance program effectiveness, and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage and maintain training content within the LMS, ensuring seamless learner access and accurate program configuration.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and effective communication of program objectives.
• Manage relationships with external training vendors, including scoping needs, coordinating deliverables, and ensuring alignment with enterprise program objectives.
• Promote and drive adoption of enterprise on‑demand learning resources to support continuous development and self‑service learning.
• Execute the HR development strategy while also leading strategic planning to strengthen future HR capability.
• Stay informed on learning and development best practices and emerging technologies to continuously strengthen enterprise learning solutions.
• Complete other Learning & Development-related duties as assigned.
