Just Born, Inc. in Bethlehem, PA seeks a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to lead recruitment, onboarding, and branding initiatives across functions.

You’ll partner with business leaders, manage the Recruitment & Onboarding Specialist, and guide talent strategies for current and future needs. The role supports a hybrid work model with two in-office days per week and a focus on candidate experience, workforce planning, and EVP evolution to attract top talent to iconic

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across corporate, commercial, manufacturing, and technical functions.
• Advise hiring managers on workforce needs, trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices.
• Develop proactive talent pipelines and early career sourcing strategies.
• Lead the Summer Internship Program and other early career initiatives.
• Oversee employer branding, EVP development, and candidate experience improvements.
• Own onboarding experience for new associates, including standards and materials.
