Job summary

212° Titans, a mission-driven organization in the Greater Philadelphia area, is seeking a Senior Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting across multiple levels and functions. This onsite role focuses on building relationships with candidates and hiring leaders while delivering a thoughtful, organized candidate experience.

The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of progressive recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and a track record of partnering with leadership to fill hard-to-fill roles.

Qualifications

• Approximately 5–7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred/required in alignment with organizational qualifications.
• Experience recruiting for professional, leadership, senior-level, specialized, and/or hard-to-fill roles.
• Proactive and passive candidate sourcing, not solely applicant-driven recruiting.
• Strong partnership with hiring managers and organizational leadership.
• Ability to independently manage multiple searches in a fast-moving environment.
• Knowledge of employment laws, hiring compliance, and recruiting best practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a diverse portfolio of positions across the organization.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to define candidate profiles and develop recruiting strategies.
• Proactively source active and passive candidates using LinkedIn and other channels.
• Recruit talent across varying levels of seniority, including leadership and key roles.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Develop talent pipelines for critical and recurring hiring needs.
• Deliver a positive, transparent candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
• Coordinate pre-employment and onboarding requirements; extend and negotiate offers.
• Track recruiting activity and use data to improve efficiency and sourcing effectiveness.
