Insight Global is seeking a Senior Program Manager, Software to lead a portfolio of complex software and AI programs for strategic customers. You will translate customer goals into measurable outcomes and ensure delivery teams meet quality, accountability, and integrity standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading complex software, technical, or business transformation programs.
• Familiarity with AI and agentic workflows.
• Proven success managing customer relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong financial, risk, and operational management skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead a portfolio of complex software programs, ensuring delivery against goals and commitments.
• Govern programs with clear roles, escalation protocols, reporting, and risk management.
• Build relationships with customer stakeholders as a strategic advisor on execution and outcomes.
• Drive customer results by aligning activities to objectives and success metrics.
• Manage financial performance including budgeting, forecasting, and contractual alignment.
• Strengthen operational excellence by identifying delivery gaps and standardizing best practices.
• Champion PMO standards and a culture of integrity, customer focus, and results-driven execution.
• Lead, develop, and mentor project managers and team members to strengthen capability.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges with transparent communication.
• Identify opportunities to support business growth through strong customer understanding.
