Insightsoftware is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the AI Services roadmap and execution. You will work closely with the chief architect and engineering manager to define agentic workflows, tool interfaces, and the quality framework that powers AI capabilities across our portfolio.

You will drive cross-functional collaboration, specify guardrails, and deliver enablement materials for product teams leveraging AI Services.

Qualifications

8+ years in product management, with at least two years owning AI products as an IC.
Experience shipping large language model apps to production.
Fluency in agentic architectures and tool integrations.
Experience with evaluation frameworks for AI systems.

Responsabilités

Own the AI Services Roadmap: define strategy, roadmap, and quarterly priorities for agentic workflows and AI infrastructure.
Define Agentic Capabilities: specify multi-step agent behavior, memory, checkpoints, and guardrails.
Drive Tool and Connector Strategy: manage MCP surface, data exposure, contracts, and access controls.
Establish AI Quality as a Product Discipline: build evaluation framework, datasets, metrics, and observability.
Enable consuming product teams: publish reference implementations and adoption guidance.
