Job summary

Proofpoint seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, cross-product initiatives within its PMO. You will navigate AI-native SDLC, coordinate planning and delivery across engineering, product, and security teams, and manage executive-level communications.

You'll apply Agile methods, mentor Scrum Masters, and drive risk mitigation while building AI-powered program analysis tools to improve execution.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of program/technical program management experience.
• Experience working with Executive and SVP-level stakeholders.
• Hands-on with AI-native SDLC governance and risk controls.
• PMI/PMP certification and Agile/Scrum experience.
• Proficiency with Atlassian tools (Jira/Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-product programs end-to-end from planning through delivery.
• Align engineering, product, and security teams and manage dependencies.
• Coordinate with distributed teams across sites/time zones.
• Present status, trade-offs, and risks to executives and SVPs.
• Apply Agile practices and tune processes for fast, reliable delivery.
• Define how AI agents affect requirements, quality gates, and accountability.
