Job summary

G‑P seeks a Principal Product Program Manager to translate ambitious company goals into a structured System View that drives major outcomes. You will be the execution engine, operationalizing frameworks and leading AI-driven program architecture with forward-thinking leadership.

You will manage complex, concurrent programs, maintain a Program Playbook, and ensure timely delivery while orchestrating RAID logs and executive summaries.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in SaaS product development, program management and release management.
• Experience with AI-driven development lifecycles and agentic workflows.
• BS in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or related field.
• Proven ability to earn trust, mobilize teams and set direction in ambiguity.
• Proficient with Jira, Confluence, Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple concurrent programs of varying size and complexity.
• Ensure programs align to a strict Program Playbook and achieve outcomes.
• Establish execution rhythms and clear ownership to drive delivery.
• Provide transparent reporting on delivery health and milestones to leadership.
• Integrate AI into program workflows and automate RAID logs and exec summaries.
• Navigate AI development uncertainties and adapt PM practices accordingly.
• Maintain central Work Surface (Jira/Confluence) for status, paths and dependencies.
• Identify and escalate delivery blockers quickly and effectively.
