Qualifications

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.

Responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager, Software role is responsible for leading a portfolio of complex, high-impact software and AI programs for strategic customers. This role translates customer goals into measurable outcomes, ensuring delivery teams consistently execute with quality, accountability, and integrity.

Success in this role requires strong business acumen, executive communication skills, customer focus, and a proven ability to deliver results while identifying opportunities to expand value for the customer and the business.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Lead a portfolio of complex software programs, ensuring consistent and effective delivery against customer goals, contractual commitments, and business objectives.
• Govern programs across your portfolio by establishing clear roles and responsibilities, escalation protocols, regular reporting, and risk management systems.
• Build strong relationships with customer stakeholders, striving to serve as a strategic advisor on program execution, priorities, and outcomes.
• Drive customer results by aligning delivery activities to business objectives and success metrics.
• Manage financial performance of your portfolio, including budgeting, forecasting, contractual alignment, and overall engagement health.
• Strengthen operational excellence by continuously identifying and resolving delivery gaps, improving processes, and standardizing best practices.
• Be a champion of PMO standards, best practices, and a culture of integrity, customer focus, and results-driven execution.
• Lead, develop, and mentor project managers, coordinators, team leads, and other delivery team members to strengthen organizational capability and leadership.
• Anticipate and mitigate risks, dependencies, and challenges while ensuring transparent communication and timely decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to support business growth through strong customer understanding, delivery excellence, and strategic partnership.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required:

• 8+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience leading complex software, technical, or business transformation programs.
• Familiarity with AI and agentic workflows.
• Proven success managing customer relationships and executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong financial, risk, and operational management skills.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Experience working within Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environments.

Preferred:

• Experience within consulting, managed services, or professional services organizations and/or experience within global tech organizations.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM, Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or similar certifications.
