Zusammenfassung

Coinbase is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Lead in GFCO to own end-to-end compliance programs across multiple cross-functional teams. You will drive strategy, roadmaps, and governance, while partnering with Compliance Tech, EAA, Operations, Analytics, and Legal to translate regulatory obligations into scalable initiatives.

You will lead with autonomy, manage risks, deliver quantified cost savings through automation, and communicate effectively with Director+ stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of program or project management experience.
• 3+ years in financial crimes compliance, AML, BSA/AML operations, or related regulatory domain.
• Ability to independently drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in regulated environments.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT program operations and supporting technology.
• Strong strategy and storytelling for Director+ audiences.
• Track record of driving operational efficiency and cost savings through automation.
• Proficiency in program management tools (Asana, Jira, Smartsheet) and data tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Operations, Finance, Law, or related discipline.
• References required (mandatory for L5+ roles).

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for one or more complex GFCO program areas.
• Develop charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for long-tail, multi-constraint programs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across Compliance Tech, EAA, Ops, WFM, Legal, Analytics and drive alignment at Director+ level.
• Translate regulatory obligations, operational gaps, and model performance signals into actionable program strategies.
• Support launch readiness for new products and jurisdictions, ensuring AML mapping, tooling updates, and training content.
• Identify and resolve program risks and manage trade-offs with GFCO leadership.
• Drive cost savings projections across automation initiatives with verified actuals.
• Own intake discipline with formal processes for automation requests and testing plans.
• Publish high-quality strategy documents (P/PSs, RAPIDs, charters) for Director/VP decisions.
• Manage feedback loop between automation outputs and alerting systems for continuous improvement.
• Lead major incident responses (Code Yellow-equivalents) within GFCO.
