Coinbase, Inc. seeks a seasoned Program Manager to own end-to-end compliance program strategy and execution across cross-functional teams. You will drive roadmaps, governance, and alignment with executive leadership while ensuring AML obligations are mapped and systems updated before launches.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of program or project management experience, with 3+ years in financial crimes compliance or related regulatory domain.
• Ability to independently drive large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs in a regulated environment.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT program operations and related tech landscape.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for complex compliance program areas.
• Develop program charters, roadmaps, and governance frameworks for multi-constraint programs.
• Lead cross-functional delivery across 5+ teams and align with Director+ level.
• Translate regulatory obligations into actionable program strategies with Eliminate→Optimize→Automate.
• Own launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and entity expansions.
