Coinbase, Inc. is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Lead for GFCO Programs. This role owns complex compliance programs end-to-end, coordinating across Compliance Tech, EAA, Operations, and Legal to ensure regulatory alignment and operational excellence.

You will drive strategy, governance, and charters, enabling successful launches in new jurisdictions and maintaining rigorous risk management and cost-efficiency. Remote-first with quarterly in-person surges.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of program or project management experience in regulated environments.
• Ability to drive large-scale programs with minimal guidance.
• Deep understanding of AML/CFT processes and supporting tech (TMS/CMS).

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program strategy, planning, and execution for GFCO areas.
• Develop charters, roadmaps, and governance for complex programs with external commitments.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with Compliance Tech, EAA, Ops, WFM, Legal, Analytics.
• Translate regulatory obligations and model signals into actionable program strategies.
• Support launch readiness for new products, jurisdictions, and entity expansions.
