Job summary

Concentrix in Austin, TX is seeking an experienced Account Leader to drive client relationships, growth strategies, and value delivery for key accounts. You will collaborate with Portfolio and Sector teams to align Concentrix services with client goals and market opportunities.

The role requires seasoned account management experience, strong communication, and data-driven decision making to achieve revenue and margin targets while ensuring high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 8+ years of experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in account management or client relationship management roles, preferably within the BPO industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform account strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
• Develops sustainable and profitable strategic account plans addressing whitespace, cross-selling, and up-selling.
• Ensures clients benefit from Concentrix Technology offerings and aligns solutions with client strategy.
• Installs and manages account governance with the client and contractual obligations.
• Engages C-Level executives and manages escalation as needed.
• Performs proactive risk management to mitigate threats.
• Drives exceptional client satisfaction and coordinates with internal teams for high-quality service delivery.
• Analyses market trends and client data to identify growth opportunities.
• Assists Portfolio Leaders and Sector Leads in growth strategies and objectives.
