Zusammenfassung

Concentrix is seeking a Sr Director- Portfolio Leader to drive growth across priority accounts in the Go-to-Market organization. You will manage strategic relationships at the C-level, develop portfolio strategies, and align Concentrix technology solutions with client opportunities.

You'll lead cross-functional teams, monitor account performance, and deliver high-value solutions while ensuring contractual obligations are met.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience, 3-5 years in account management or client relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and data analysis to inform strategy.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
