Job summary

Concentrix in the United States is seeking a Sr Director- Portfolio Leader to guide strategic accounts and drive growth across sectors. You will steward high-value relationships with C-level executives, shape portfolio strategy, and ensure delivery of Concentrix services that align with client business goals.

The role requires 8+ years in account management, strong communication, and data-driven decision making, with a focus on achieving revenue and margin KPIs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• 3-5 years in account management or client relationship roles, preferably within the BPO industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights to inform account strategies.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and other relevant tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong, long-term relationships with assigned clients.
• Develops sustainable and profitable strategic account plan that addresses whitespace planning, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities and incorporates the full extent of Concentrix services.
• Ensures Financial KPIs (revenue, new business signings, gross margin) are met, maximizes the share of TAM within client(s).
• Ensures clients fully benefit from Concentrix Technology offer and aligns solutions with client opportunities.
• Installs collaboratively the necessary account governance with the client and manages this governance framework.
• Demonstrates gravitas to engage C-Level within the account.
• Proactive Risk Management: mitigating threats.
• Achieves exceptional client satisfaction and drives improvement plans.
• Acts as the first point of escalation for clients and provides regular updates.
• Analyzes market trends to identify growth opportunities and makes recommendations.
• Assists Portfolio Leaders and Sector Leads in growth strategies.
