Job summary

Concentrix in Texas seeks a Sr Director- Portfolio Leader to drive strategic account growth and governance across key client segments. You will lead cross-functional teams, align Concentrix technology solutions with client objectives, and nurture C-level relationships to secure revenue and long-term partnerships.

You will develop portfolio strategies, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with Portfolio Leads to shape growth plans while ensuring service excellence and contract compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in account management or client relationship management roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
• Ability to analyze data and use insights.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong, long-term client relationships across assigned accounts.
• Develops sustainable, profitable portfolio and sector strategies with whitespace plans.
• Ensures client value from Concentrix Technology offerings and partnerships.
• Installs and manages account governance in line with contract obligations.
• Monitors account performance and reports progress to Portfolio Leaders.
