Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Sr Director- Portfolio Leader to manage high-value accounts from a remote Texas base. You will lead portfolio strategy, foster C-level relationships, and drive growth across services while ensuring delivery excellence.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor KPIs, and present insights to guide client success and sector expansion. A strong governance mindset and proven BPO/tech services experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience; 3–5 years in account management or client relations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; data-driven decision making.
• CRM proficiency and ability to analyze client data to inform strategy.
• Organizational and time management skills; team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage key client relationships and drive account growth.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans with cross-sell/up-sell opportunities.
• Collaborate with Portfolio Leaders and Sector Teams to align strategies.
• Monitor performance, prepare client updates, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Provide insights on market trends to inform growth strategies.
