Zusammenfassung

Motive is seeking a Senior Strategic Partner Manager to build and optimize our partner ecosystem across SaaS, hardware, and mobility verticals. You will recruit strategic partners, design robust co-sell programs, and drive revenue with cross-functional collaboration between Sales, Legal, Marketing, and Enablement.

You will own end-to-end partner development, enablement, and performance management, shaping a scalable partnership model with executive visibility and impact.

Qualifikationen

• 8-10 years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or Alliance Management at senior level (Senior Manager equivalent).
• Proven ability to recruit and develop strategic partners and drive co-sell initiatives.
• Experience negotiating complex commercial terms, revenue-sharing, and referral agreements.

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value strategic partners to expand indirect revenue streams.
• Lead joint go-to-market initiatives and drive pipeline with partners.
• Manage day-to-day partner relationships and ensure alignment across teams.
• Map stakeholders within partner organizations to maximize engagement and account growth.
• Provide partner enablement materials and act as SME for the sales team.
• Oversee referral frameworks, deal registrations, and end-to-end co-selling processes.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and measure program ROI with partners.
