Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Partner Solutions Engineer to enable strategic partners and work with Darktrace sales teams to create, progress, and expand customer opportunities. You will lead technical engagement across the partner lifecycle, from enablement and joint discovery through solution design, evaluation, deployment alignment, and value realization.

Qualifications

• Experience in solutions engineering, presales, partner engineering, or a related customer-facing role in cybersecurity or SaaS.
• Strong knowledge of networking, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and modern security architectures.
• Experience with SOC technologies and workflows (SIEM, SOAR, EDR, XDR).
• Ability to design solutions, lead evaluations, and clearly communicate technical and business value.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship and engagement plan for assigned partners.
• Deliver structured technical enablement across platform capabilities, customer use cases, and value articulation.
• Lead discovery, demonstrations, and validation through customer engagements.
• Architect scalable solutions across Darktrace capabilities for hybrid/multicloud environments.
• Engage executives with outcome-focused messaging and drive adoption through joint customer opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Success, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth handoffs and pipeline impact.
