Darktrace is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to partner with Enterprise customers, prospects, sales teams, and channel partners. This role blends technical expertise, business acumen, and consultative selling to drive customer outcomes and accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering or similar customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in cybersecurity, AI, cloud security, networking, or related fields preferred.
• Proven ability to engage technical and executive stakeholders, including C-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor to Enterprise prospects, customers, and partners.
• Lead discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and executive-level presentations.
• Drive technical strategy and influence deal progression to maximize customer value.
• Scope and lead POV engagements with clear success criteria.
• Support complex deployments across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Professional Services to drive success.
• Deliver responses to RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires.
• Leverage MEDDPICC to qualify opportunities and align solutions with priorities.
