Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with education/experience
• 5+ years minimum related work experience
• Experience in internal or corporate communications in a large, matrixed organization
• Strong writing skills with ability to develop executive-level content
• Background in communications planning, editorial strategy, and multi-channel content management
• Experience supporting or leading internal event planning and executive production
• Collaborative and service-oriented, with excellent stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Internal Communications to develop and execute communication strategies aligned to enterprise priorities
• Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive communications plans and ensure narrative consistency
• Lead end-to-end planning and execution of internal events and associate experiences
• Align stakeholders during event planning, draft executive narratives, provide direction for senior content
• Assist in developing and tracking executive editorial content plans
• Collaborate with editorial teams to deliver messages to the right audiences at the right time
