You’ll collaborate with Creative, Marketing, CRM, Product Marketing, Analytics, and Design to develop integrated campaigns across digital and traditional channels, balancing creativity with performance-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 5+ years in copywriting or content strategy.
• Experience creating customer-facing marketing content across multiple channels.
• Strong portfolio of campaign work and brand storytelling.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt tone for different audiences.
• Experience partnering with designers and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and customer journey best practices.
• Experience working with legal in regulated industries preferred.

• Stay current on industry trends and emerging content practices
