Qualifications

• 7–10+ years in communications, PR, or related field.
• Strong experience in media relations, storytelling, and integrated campaigns.
• Ability to simplify complex tax/financial topics for broad audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute external communications strategies to elevate brand awareness and protect company reputation.
• Lead creative communications efforts, including PR initiatives, announcements, and enterprise storytelling across formats (social, video, and digital content).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with media, reporters, and external partners.
• Translate complex tax and financial topics into clear, engaging content for diverse audiences.
• Partner cross-functionally to deliver integrated storytelling across owned, earned, and social channels.
