RS&H is seeking an experienced communications professional to serve as a trusted advisor to leaders, shaping enterprise-wide strategies and improving communications with associates, candidates, communities, and stakeholders.

The role blends hands-on execution with strategic leadership, influencing across the business and driving engagement, events, and external content to support talent attraction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible communications experience.
• Proven ability to advise leaders and plan messaging and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong writing and editing skills across formats and platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and exercise judgment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft and Adobe products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies that support key firm initiatives.
• Create clear content across channels, translating complex topics into messaging.
• Plan and deliver integrated campaigns with measures of success and optimization.
• Own internal communication channels and improve engagement and reach.
• Advise business partners on messaging, audiences, and delivery approaches.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute firm-wide events around initiatives and milestones.
• Develop external content that strengthens RS&H’s employer brand and recruitment efforts.
• Coordinate communication calendars for alignment across initiatives.
• Build relationships across the firm to foster a high-performing team.
