This role blends data and storytelling to monitor reputation, identify risks, and guide leadership with actionable insights across traditional and AI-enabled channels.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years in communications or media intelligence with ownership of insights.
• Ability to distill data into executive narratives for action.
• Experience working with content teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication to influence executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise listening strategy to monitor reputation, sentiment and trends.
• Monitor brand perception across traditional, digital, and AI platforms.
• Provide data-driven insights to inform messaging and exec communications.
• Identify emerging risks and opportunities; offer actionable recommendations.
• Measure impact of news and events to guide future communications.
• Analyze audience feedback and performance metrics for insights.
• Translate complex data into clear reports and executive summaries.
• Partner with comms/PR to support issue management and crisis response.
• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks for reputational health.
• Leverage AI-powered monitoring with sound interpretation and escalation.
