Honeywell Technologies in Charlotte, NC is seeking an experienced Communications Manager to join the Brand and Communications team. You will develop and execute internal communication programs that inform, engage, and inspire employees and support external communications alignment with business priorities across the Process Technology unit.

The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller and trusted advisor who partners with senior leaders, Human Resources, and cross-functional teams to deliver

Qualifications

• 7+ years of communications experience focusing on internal communications and executive messaging.
• Experience developing strategic plans for large organizations or units.
• Excellent writing, editing, and verbal skills for diverse audiences.
• Experience supporting senior leaders and executive communications.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with objectives.
• Create communication plans for leadership initiatives and employee engagement.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to deliver messaging across channels.
• Draft executive communications, presentations, and talking points.
• Manage channels and measure engagement for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Brand, Marketing, HR to ensure alignment.
