This position provides80 hours of paid leave annually, accrued throughout the year plus 11 federal holidays. Paid leave accruals vary by contract and are established based on customer requirements and the contractual level of effort. The salary range for this position is structured with this annual leave allocation incorporated into the compensation model.
The salary for this position is $105,000, based on the candidate meeting or exceeding the position requirements. Employees are also eligible for a$1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus for time and attendance compliance. In addition, candidates are eligible for either a$2,000 sign-on bonus or up to $2,000 in relocation cost reimbursement.
The Senior Strategic Insights Analyst will support DCSA strategic communications, strategic planning, and analysis by developing communications products and executive materials, supporting communications planning and KPI analysis, facilitating employee-engagement and stakeholder activities, providing strategic facilitation and design-thinking support, producing graphic and data-visualization products, reviewing policies and procedures, and supporting frameworks for prioritizing projects, initiatives, and resources.
