This position provides80 hours of paid leave annually, accrued throughout the year plus 11 federal holidays. Paid leave accruals vary by contract and are established based on customer requirements and the contractual level of effort. The salary range for this position is structured with this annual leave allocation incorporated into the compensation model.
The salary for this position is $105,000, based on the candidate meeting or exceeding the position requirements. Employees are also eligible for a$1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus for time and attendance compliance. In addition, candidates are eligible for either a$2,000 sign-on bonus or up to $2,000 in relocation cost reimbursement.
The Senior Procurement & Contracts Analyst will support DCSA ATE procurement and contract lifecycle activities, including procurement documentation, market research, PWSs, IGCEs, D&Fs, business decision memoranda, J&As, acquisition planning, cost/price analysis, solicitation documentation, contract administration, procurement policy and regulatory analysis, software and hardware procurement tracking, service and support agreements, workflow and approval tracking, performance analysis, ServiceNow/ABM actions, agreement reporting, and contract repository maintenance.
