This position provides80 hours of paid leave annually, accrued throughout the year plus 11 federal holidays. Paid leave accruals vary by contract and are established based on customer requirements and the contractual level of effort. The salary range for this position is structured with this annual leave allocation incorporated into the compensation model.
The salary for this position is $81,600, based on the candidate meeting or exceeding the position requirements. Employees are also eligible for a$1,200 annual corporate compliance bonus for time and attendance compliance. In addition, candidates are eligible for either a$2,000 sign-on bonus or up to $2,000 in relocation cost reimbursement.
The Acquisition Program Analyst will provide acquisition support to DCSA ATE programs, including statutory and regulatory acquisition documentation, studies and analyses, program baselines, acquisition documentation, test plans, technical data packages, transition plans, requirements documentation, AoAs and BCAs, acquisition milestone and decision-point documentation, stakeholder coordination, cost/schedule/performance/risk analysis, executive program reviews, IPTs and working groups, meeting and action-item support, and technical editing of acquisition deliverables.
