Assertive Professionals is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist supporting our DoD/DoWcustomer in Quantico, VA.

This position provides80 hours of paid leave annually, accrued throughout the year plus 11 federal holidays. Paid leave accruals vary by contract and are established based on customer requirements and the contractual level of effort. The salary range for this position is structured with this annual leave allocation incorporated into the compensation model.
The salary for this position is $57,500, based on the candidate meeting or exceeding the position requirements. Employees are also eligible for a$1,200 annual corporate compliance bonusfor time and attendance compliance.
In addition, candidates are eligible for either a$2,000 sign-on bonus or up to $2,000 in relocation cost reimbursement.
The Administrative Support Specialist will provide onsite office-management support to DCSA Acquisition & Technology, including executive calendar and meeting coordination, briefing materials, agendas, minutes and action-item tracking, records and correspondence management, CATMS tasker and suspense tracking, data and reporting support, event administration, employee onboarding and visitor-access support, in-processing and out-processing assistance, and maintenance of organizational charts, rosters, space-utilization records, and staffing plans.
