Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years HR experience in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of state and federal labor laws.
• HR Certification is a plus.

• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders up to GM level to understand objectives and implement HR strategies.
• Drive strategies for retention, engagement and leadership development.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to design and implement regional solutions.
• Own the employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, and exits.
• Manage HR aspects of audits (ISO 9001) and quality programs.
• Support global HR projects and processes.
