• Proven ability to mentor writers and build editorial processes.
• Collaborates daily with writers, strategists, and PMs to improve quality.

Responsibilities

• Review strategy before content exists and pressure-test briefs, keyword strategies, and funnel plans.
• Edit for strategic alignment: ensure copy matches persona and funnel goals.
• Create editing standards and lead collaboration to implement them.
• Identify ranking opportunities in SERPs and flag them for optimization.
• Run quality control and help formalize QA processes for consistent output.
• Provide direct, actionable feedback to writers to raise performance.
