Position Summary

We are seeking a Content & Editorial Specialist to build and run a high‑output content engine that supports marketing and sales. This role focuses heavily on repackaging long‑form content into short‑form, high‑performing assets, maintaining a structured content library, and supporting teams with ready‑to‑use materials. The ideal candidate has strong editorial judgment, is comfortable working in a lean team, and can move content from concept to publish with consistency and quality.

This is a fully remote role with occasional in‑person team sessions. This role is based in the United States.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Repurposing
  • Convert long‑form content (webinars, videos, case studies, blogs) into short‑form assets for email, social, and sales enablement.
  • Produce and edit content across formats: articles, social posts, emails, and short‑form video.
  • Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity) to draft, refine, and accelerate content production.
  • Maintain tone, clarity, accuracy, and alignment with gFour’s brand voice.
Content Library Management
  • Build and organize a new marketing content library across Google Drive and Monday.com.
  • Implement simple structure, naming conventions, and version control.
  • Ensure assets are easy to find, track, and deploy across teams.
  • Package content to be used across Facebook, LinkedIn, email, webinars, and other marketing channels.
  • Tailor content formats for marketing and sales audiences.
  • Create and publish content for internal stakeholders across sales, customer success and product teams.
Project & Workflow Management
  • Own the content calendar and manage deadlines from draft → review → publish.
  • Track deliverables and campaigns through Monday.com or similar tools.
  • Keep content moving efficiently with strong personal organization and follow‑through.
Graphic & Video Work
  • Create basic graphics using Canva (<10% of role).
  • Edit short‑form video clips using tools like CapCut or Kwing.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years of experience in content creation, copywriting, or editorial roles.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating writing, editing, and repurposing work.
  • Experience with HubSpot or marketing automation platform.
  • Comfortable using AI tools for drafting and ideation.
  • Experience managing content calendars and multi‑stage workflows.
  • Capable of working independently in a lean, fast‑moving team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Basic graphic design and video editing skills (Canva, CapCut/Kwing).
Location & Work Setup
  • Fully remote role.
  • Occasional travel for team onsite and planning sessions.
