Qualifications

• 7-10 years of procurement, contract management, or related experience.
• Proven ability to develop procurement category strategies.
• Experience negotiating contracts with vendors and leading teams.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategy to achieve financial value-add and improve total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Assess work streams for consolidation opportunities and map best practices.
• Monitor pricing, supplier capacity, and market trends.
• Negotiate Master Agreements with key suppliers and drive savings.
• Develop metrics and KPIs to monitor supplier performance.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage project plans.
