NextRoll Inc. is seeking a Principal Strategic Account Executive to lead strategic opportunities in the UK and wider EMEA.

You will own the full sales cycle, engage senior decision-makers and position NextRoll’s AdRoll platform across CTV, DOOH, display, audio and addressable TV. You will combine programmatic expertise with a consultative selling approach, building relationships with advertisers, agencies and media leaders while collaborating with Solutions, Marketing and Customer Success to

Qualifications

• 8+ years in ad tech/media sales across multiple channels with deep expertise in one or more: CTV, DOOH, display, audio or addressable TV.
• Experience selling from the platform side (DSP/SSP) rather than inventory owners.
• Strong programmatic understanding: buying models, targeting, measurement, data, digital ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation and close.
• Build and convert self-generated pipeline with focus on net-new logos.
• Develop relationships with senior marketing, media, advertising and agency decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to shift and grow customer media investment across channels.
• Bring programmatic and ad tech knowledge to conversations and translate into commercial outcomes.
• Lead with a consultative approach aligning media solutions to business objectives.
• Collaborate with Solutions, Marketing and CS to position and close opportunities.
• Create compelling business cases and negotiate with senior stakeholders to close deals.
• Maintain pipeline discipline, forecasting and CRM hygiene with accurate revenue visibility.
• Consistently hit and exceed new business revenue targets and influence EMEA GTM strategy.
