NextRoll is seeking a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for strategic mid-market opportunities across AdRoll platform, including CTV, DOOH, and display. You will prospect, develop senior relationships, and negotiate to close deals from a self-generated pipeline.

You will partner with Solutions, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver compelling commercial outcomes and drive revenue while navigating complex buying processes in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in ad tech and/or media sales with multi-channel experience.
• Experience selling from the platform side (DSP/SSP) rather than inventory.
• Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, targeting, measurement and data.
• Proven self-generated pipeline and net-new revenue track record.
• Excellent outbound prospecting and ability to convert relationships into opportunities.
• Consultative and strategic selling connecting media to business objectives.
• Ability to navigate complex organisations with senior stakeholders.
• Strong commercial judgement, negotiation skills and executive presence.
• Credibility with sophisticated advertisers, agencies and media buyers.
• Self-directed, accountable, and thrives in fast-moving environments.
• Proven collaboration with solutions, marketing and customer success teams.

Responsabilités

• Own the full sales cycle for strategic opportunities from prospecting to close.
• Build self-generated pipeline with a focus on net-new logos.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior marketing, media, advertising and agency decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to shift and grow customer media investment across display, CTV, and DOOH.
• Bring programmatic and ad tech expertise to conversations and translate into commercial outcomes.
• Lead with a consultative approach to address business challenges with differentiated proposals.
• Partner with Solutions, Marketing and Customer Success to position and close high-value opportunities.
• Create compelling commercial business cases and negotiate with senior stakeholders.
• Maintain pipeline management, forecasting and CRM hygiene.
• Exceed new business revenue targets and contribute to NAMER go-to-market evolution.
• Operate with high initiative in a fast-moving environment.
