Job summary

NextRoll’s AdRoll team is hiring a Senior Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for strategic mid-market opportunities across CTV, DOOH, and display, from prospecting to close.

You'll generate and manage pipeline, engage senior decision-makers, and craft differentiated proposals that translate media capabilities into business value.

This role offers remote options in the US (San Francisco or New York exposure) with strong compensation, equity, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in ad tech and/or media sales across multiple media channels.
• Experience selling from the platform side of the ecosystem, ideally with a DSP/SSP or similar.
• Strong understanding of programmatic buying models, targeting, measurement and the broader digital media landscape.
• Proven track record of self-generating pipeline and hitting revenue targets.
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for strategic opportunities, from prospecting and pipeline creation through commercial negotiation and close.
• Build and convert self-generated pipeline with a focus on net-new logos.
• Develop trusted relationships with senior marketing, media, advertising and agency decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to shift and grow customer media investment across display, CTV, and DOOH.
• Lead with a consultative approach and develop differentiated proposals addressing customer challenges.
