Job summary

NextRoll, Inc. is seeking a Senior Account Executive to sell the AdRoll platform to sophisticated advertisers and agencies across CTV, DOOH, and display. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, building relationships with senior decision-makers and shaping commercial strategies.

You will collaborate with Solutions, Marketing and Customer Success to deliver differentiated proposals, navigate complex buying processes, and drive meaningful new business revenue for NextRoll.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ad tech and/or media sales experience.
• Experience selling across multiple media channels (CTV, DOOH, display).
• Proven self-generated pipeline and revenue targets.
• Ability to engage senior decision-makers and navigate complex buying processes.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, remote or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for strategic opportunities from pipeline to close.
• Build and convert self-generated pipeline with a focus on net-new logos.
• Develop relationships with senior marketing, media, advertising and agency decision-makers.
• Identify opportunities to shift and grow media investment across display, CTV, and DOOH.
• Lead with a consultative approach and develop strategic proposals that address customer needs.
• Collaborate with Solutions, Marketing and Customer Success to close high-value opportunities.
• Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate revenue visibility.
• Meet and exceed new business revenue targets while contributing to NAMER GTM strategy.
