Coherent Corp. is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Accounts – Data Center & Communications to lead growth of strategic customers and partnerships across data center infrastructure, Frontier AI, and emerging technologies.

This senior IC will identify high-value opportunities, build relationships at the C-suite, drive design wins, and translate customer needs into Coherent solutions. You will collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Applications, Operations, and Supply Chain to shape

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic sales or account management within data center, networking, or related tech markets.
• Proven ability to develop strategic customers and new business in evolving technology markets.
• Strong knowledge of data center and AI infrastructure, networking, and high-speed connectivity.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts across data center infrastructure, Frontier AI, and other emerging opportunities.
• Develop account strategies identifying opportunities, priorities, decision makers, competitive positioning, and growth potential.
• Build strong relationships across engineering, sourcing, business leadership, and executive teams.
• Drive opportunities from initial engagement through qualification, design win, commercial negotiation, and production ramp.
