Electric Power Engineers (EPE) is seeking a Manager, Account Management in Austin, TX, US. This role leads EPE's Account Management function, manages a book of strategic client accounts, and drives organic growth while coaching the team.

You will provide an enterprise-wide strategy, coordinate with BD strategists and LOB leaders, and deliver executive-level summaries of portfolio performance, risks, and opportunities across EPE’s client base.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Energy, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 7+ years in account management, business development, or client-facing roles.
• Experience in electric utility, power, energy, or engineering industries preferred.
• Experience leading or mentoring client-facing professionals preferred.
• Proven success growing complex strategic accounts.
• Strong pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM discipline.
• Ability to present to executive stakeholders and lead cross-LOB collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coach the Account Management team and set clear ownership and engagement expectations.
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans, stakeholder maps, and growth targets.
• Provide consolidated portfolio views, forecasts, and executive summaries to leadership.
• Drive cross-selling and expansion across departments, locations, and service lines.
• Coordinate with LOB leaders and Technical BD Strategists to align client needs with EPE capabilities.
• Manage client relationships at executive levels and lead Customer Business Reviews when appropriate.
