• 7+ years of healthcare or managed care experience.
• Led complex renewals and pricing discussions.
• Able to translate financial information into clear recommendations for senior client stakeholders.
• Engages confidently with client and consultant executives.
• Exhibits sound judgment under pressure and ambiguity.

Responsabilidades

• Own the multi-year account strategy for assigned clients.
• Serve as the executive-level contact for client leadership.
• Lead renewal strategy and negotiations with underwriting, legal and finance.
• Develop and present clear recommendations on pricing, guarantees and design.
• Identify growth opportunities aligned to client goals.
• Leverage analytics platforms and AI-enabled tools to monitor performance and identify risks or opportunities.
• Manage relationships with consultants influencing accounts.
• Represent CVS Health in competitive situations.
• Provide direction to internal partners and escalate risks or resourcing needs.
• Diagnose client pain points and drive to solutions.
