Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving roofing contractors across markets. As Head of Business Development for Roofing, you own the largest multi-location deals from first meeting to signed contract, with one win covering many locations.

You will close multi-market, multi-stakeholder deals, guided by our inbound leads and sales development team, and expand locations and services after a group signs. This remote role offers a high-impact, quota-driven path.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ a year on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Selling into roofing groups, or marketing and agency services to similar multi-location buyers.
• Long, consultative cycles with several decision makers. If your background is high-volume, single-location or one-call transactional sales, this is a different job.
• You would rather close business than manage people.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
