The role requires strategic thinking, operational excellence, and strong communication to keep partners thriving, retained, and referring new business. Travel up to 50% quarterly is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in account management, partner success, or client-facing operations within payments/fintech/financial services.
• Strong understanding of payment processing workflows, systems, and terminology.
• Experience handling partner compensation, residual models, and related financial processes.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM/project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for strategic partners, managing communication via phone, email, and touchpoints.
• Build trusted relationships with partners for long-term mutual value.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues with internal teams for fast resolutions.
• Track KPIs on partner satisfaction, efficiency, and service levels.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to rollout new products/services to partners.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and strategic planning with key accounts.
