Priority Commerce is seeking a Senior Technical Customer Support Engineer in Alpharetta, GA to lead complex partner integrations, design scalable solutions, and provide hands‑on technical leadership during customer implementations.

The role requires deep API expertise, strong debugging skills, and the ability to collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales to improve the platform and support AI-enabled workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software engineering, solution engineering, API integration, or a related technical discipline.
• Strong understanding of API design, RESTful services, JSON/XML, HTTP/S, webhooks, and modern integration patterns.
• Proven experience troubleshooting complex distributed systems using logs, metrics, traces, and observability signals.
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience with external customers, partners, or technical stakeholders on complex problems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical lead for complex partner integrations across the Partner Solutions org.
• Translate partner requirements into scalable technical solutions leveraging Priority’s platform.
• Provide hands‑on technical leadership during customer implementations and post‑implementation support.
• Develop reusable technical assets like solution guides, Postman collections, and API examples.
• Mentor engineers and raise the technical bar across the organization.
