Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a Program Manager for the Aerospace & Defense segment, based at the East Aurora site, with responsibility for engaging customers, shaping product and market development, and coordinating cross-functional teams globally. The role emphasizes building strategic relationships, driving growth, and delivering innovative solutions.

Travel up to 25% is required, English language proficiency, and a strong background in project management is essential.

Qualifications

Proven leadership and project management skills.
5+ years in business development, engineering or program management (A&D preferred).
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills.
Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and ERP (Oracle, SAP).
Extremely organized with ability to manage multiple projects with urgency.
Ability to develop complex solutions to meet customer requirements.

Responsibilities

Plan and prioritize cross-functional, globally executed projects with detailed action plans, schedules, and resources.
Develop deep relationships with A&D segment and Cleveland customer base and provide thought leadership.
Manage multiple programs from development to delivery as directed by Sales Manager.
Align strategic objectives with customer needs and coordinate with marketing for clear messaging.
Build relationships across the business to accelerate opportunity closure and value capture.
Identify risks and communicate them clearly; support optimization efforts with company managers.
Conduct post-project evaluations and capture lessons learned.
