Regal Rexnord in East Aurora, NY is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead product and market development for the Aerospace & Defense segment within the Linear Motion Division. You will act as the primary liaison to customers, identify growth opportunities, and coordinate design and commercialization of innovative solutions.

The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to navigate complex customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical Field, Marketing, or Business Administration.
• 5+ years related experience in business development, engineering, or program management; aerospace and defense preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize cross-functional, globally executed projects.
• Create and drive detailed action plans, schedules, people and tasks.
• Develop deep understanding of the A&D segment and customer base; provide thought leadership.
• Manage multiple programs from development through delivery.
• Align objectives with customer needs; coordinate with marketing for clear messaging.
• Build strong relationships across the business to drive opportunity closure and accelerate time-to-market.
