Custom Flavors seeks an Account Manager for the Mountain States to manage and grow key customer relationships across UT, CO, ID, MT, NV, and WY. You will be the primary commercial contact, coordinating with R&D and Applications teams in San Clemente to bring flavors to market.

The role is remote and field-based, requiring travel up to 40% and strong expertise in B2B sales, CRM systems, and contract negotiations. Salt Lake City area is strongly preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years of B2B sales experience in specialty food ingredients, flavors, or related food/beverage ingredient industry.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) preferred.

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer accounts within the territory.
• Build, maintain, and develop strong customer relationships.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and supply agreements to meet revenue targets.
